Academy Award-Winning Snacks

Mark Bittman at the New York Times describes these parmesan cream crackers as “Cheez-Its at the Academy Award level.”  As a lifelong (so far!) devotee of the little orange squares from Sunshine, I’ll be the judge of that!  Mark implies that making your own crackers can be cheaper than buying them.  Maybe, maybe not, but it seems worth a try.
